Gordinier Group
During the Stellantis Investor Day event at the company’s Auburn Hills, Michigan headquarters, Gordinier Group provided precision driving, product support, and guest experience management for an exclusive group of domestic and international media, investors, and key stakeholders.
As part of the multi-day program focused on the future direction of Stellantis, attendees were given the opportunity to experience a wide range of vehicles firsthand. On the custom-built off-road proving ground, designed and constructed by Gordinier Group, our team of professional precision drivers showcased the capability of Jeep and RAM vehicles through a series of challenging obstacles.
In addition to the off-road experience, Gordinier Group staff served as coach riders and product specialists during the on-road drive program at the Stellantis test track. Guests drove a diverse lineup of vehicles, including several European models not available in the U.S. market.
Throughout both experiences, Gordinier Group managed vehicle flow, guest loading, and ride-and-drive operations to maximize efficiency and ensure every attendee had a seamless, engaging, and memorable experience behind the wheel.
Gordinier Group recently partnered with Nissan to develop, plan, and execute an immersive four-day, three-night media drive experience showcasing the capability of the Frontier PRO-4X and Armada PRO-4X in the environments they were built to explore.
Starting and ending in Flagstaff, Arizona, the adventure took invited automotive and overlanding media through some of the most scenic landscapes in Northern Arizona and Southern Utah. Gordinier Group designed a custom route combining highway driving, remote overland trails, and challenging off-road sections that allowed participants to experience the real-world capability, comfort, and technology of Nissan’s PRO-4X lineup.
The journey also served as the backdrop for the reveal of the 2026 Overland Expo Ultimate Overland Build, featuring a fully outfitted Nissan Frontier PRO-4X as the foundation for the adventure-ready concept.
Beyond route development and trail execution, Gordinier Group provided full-service event management from initial planning through final execution. Our team coordinated lodging, food and beverage, airport transfers, vehicle logistics, route operations, and on-trail support to create a seamless experience for guests and Nissan stakeholders.
From navigating remote desert terrain to managing the countless details behind the scenes, Gordinier Group delivered an authentic adventure that showcased the vehicles’ capabilities while allowing attendees to experience the spirit of exploration that defines the PRO-4X brand.
At SXSW 2026, Rivian transformed downtown Austin into an immersive proving ground for its highly anticipated R2, anchored by the Electric Joyride, a public ride experience built on a custom off-road course in the heart of the city.
Gordinier Group was responsible for bringing that course to life. Working within the constraints of an urban environment, our team designed and constructed a purpose-built off-road track that balanced technical capability with guest experience. The course featured a series of climbs, turns, and uneven terrain specifically engineered to showcase the R2’s performance in a controlled, high-visibility setting.
The Electric Joyride became a centerpiece of Rivian’s SXSW presence, offering one of the first large-scale public opportunities to experience the R2 in motion ahead of its launch. Every element of the course was built to support that moment, ensuring the vehicle’s capability could be demonstrated clearly, safely, and consistently throughout the run of show. By combining thoughtful design, precise execution, and a deep understanding of experiential environments, Gordinier Group delivered the physical foundation that enabled Rivian to showcase its newest vehicle in a meaningful and memorable way.

During the week of CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas, Gordinier Group partnered with George P. Johnson to support International Trucks in the planning and execution of a highly coordinated test drive program at Dig This Las Vegas.
With a limited number of vehicles available and transportation logistics required to move guests to and from the venue, the program relied on a tightly structured reservation system where participants registered for specific drive time slots. Delivering a smooth guest experience within those constraints required careful planning and disciplined on-site execution. Gordinier Group played a key role in developing the operational flow of the event, helping shape the timing, staging, and vehicle rotation plan to ensure the program met client expectations while staying aligned with the time-sensitive schedule.
Once the event was live, our team managed guest movement throughout the venue, guiding participants efficiently from arrival and check-in to their assigned trucks and test drive departures. After their drive, guests were welcomed back to the hospitality space to enjoy food, branded giveaways, and networking opportunities with International leadership.
Through detailed planning and attentive coordination, Gordinier Group helped transform a complex logistical challenge into a seamless and engaging guest experience.
