At the Chicago Auto Show, Gordinier Group’s precision driver product specialists and on-site track leadership played a central role in delivering a high-energy, guest-focused Camp Jeep experience at scale.  Across the 10-day run, Camp Jeep drew sustained, high-volume crowds with extended wait times during peak periods. Despite the demand, the team maintained strong throughput while ensuring each ride remained engaging, informative, and personal.

That balance is where the team stood out. Our drivers brought energy, personality, and deep product knowledge to every interaction, adapting to a wide range of guests from first-time riders to loyal Jeep owners. The experience consistently went beyond demonstrating capability, creating meaningful connections that resonated with attendees.

Guest feedback reinforced the impact of our team, with many citing the drivers as a key differentiator and others returning year after year or crediting the experience with influencing purchase decisions.  In a high-volume environment where efficiency often outweighs experience, Gordinier Group delivered both, reinforcing the value of expert staffing in bringing the brand to life.

Over the course of the Twin Cities, Philadelphia, and Cleveland Auto Shows, our team delivered consistent, high-impact support for the Camp Jeep activation, providing experienced precision drivers and product specialists who brought the Jeep brand to life for thousands of attendees.

At each stop, guests were invited to ride along in Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator models and experience firsthand what it means to be Trail Rated. The course elements, including steep inclines, articulation obstacles, and off-camber features, allowed our team to demonstrate key vehicle capabilities such as traction, ground clearance, maneuverability, and suspension performance in a controlled, engaging environment.

Our drivers played a critical role in shaping the guest experience. Beyond safely navigating the course, they served as brand ambassadors, delivering clear, confident product messaging while adapting to a wide range of guest familiarity levels, from first-time Jeep passengers to seasoned enthusiasts. Their ability to balance technical knowledge with a personal touch helped create an experience that felt both informative and memorable.

Collectively, these activations reinforced the strength of the Camp Jeep program as a proven platform for immersive consumer engagement.

Playing in the Dirt at Las Vegas Motor Speedway

Our team supported Nissan at Las Vegas Motor Speedway by designing and building a purpose-built off-road course for a media drive featuring the 2026 Frontier PRO 4X and PRO 4X Roush Edition. The goal of the activation was to give journalists a controlled environment where they could experience the capability of the vehicles while navigating true off-road obstacles.

We created a technical course layout that included extreme articulation wedges, deep moguls, reverse off-camber banked turns, and uneven terrain designed to highlight traction, approach and departure challenges. Our crew handled all site preparation, the course build, equipment management, and on-site safety.

Throughout the drive, our spotters were positioned at every key obstacle to provide guidance, hand signals, and clear communication. Their support helped each journalist understand the intended driving line while maintaining a safe and steady flow of vehicles through the course.

The result was a smooth and well-organized program that allowed Nissan’s media guests to focus on the driving experience while we managed the operational, safety, and terrain-based details behind the scenes.

We recently supported our partners at Nissan in hosting a media drive at Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Mears, Michigan. The event offered journalists an opportunity to drive the Nissan Armada Pro-4X and the Nissan Frontier Pro-4X in a dynamic off-road setting. Our team of professional drivers delivered clear, terrain-specific safety briefings and coached the fundamentals of proper sand-driving technique. Once on the dunes, we led a guided tour to familiarize the journalists with the terrain, highlight potential challenges, and demonstrate the best lines for safe and controlled driving.

After the initial orientation, media participants were encouraged to explore the dunes on their own while our team monitored conditions, managed staging zones, and maintained communication with support and recovery personnel. Throughout the day, we adjusted routes as needed to keep the flow smooth, safe, and efficient.

Feedback from attending outlets, including some great coverage from Autoblog, underscored how well-coordinated and supportive the experience felt. Our goal was to deliver a professional, confidence-building environment that allowed Nissan’s guests to focus on the drive while we handled the operational details behind the scenes.
