Wrangler Rubicon
December 29, 2011 – January 1, 2012
The Gordinier Group rung in 2012 in San Diego, CA this past weekend. The crew drove as product specialists inside the 22,000 square foot Camp Jeep® area for the program’s third year at the San Diego International Auto Show. The show involved both on and off-road driving courses, displaying the capabilities of the 2012 Wrangler Rubicon and the Grand Cherokee Overland.
The course was packed the entire weekend. There were many consumers new to Camp Jeep®, as well as returning passengers interested in checking out the Pentastar™ 3.6L V6 Engine new to the 2012 Wrangler. Obstacles included an 18 foot Jeep Mountain with a 35 degree incline, a 12 x 25-foot section of fallen logs 18 inches in diameter, and 30 degree-sideways tilt to name a few.

ESPN Jeep® Ultimate Tailgate Experience wrapped up the 2011 college campus tour on Saturday. The tenth and final stop was Stillwater on Oklahoma State’s muddy grounds. Despite the heavy rains, the Gordinier team engaged consumers the entire afternoon. The weather served to make the course more challenging, but not unmanageable for the Wrangler Rubicon and Black Ops. The muddy ruts only aided in drawing a steady crowd of football fans.
The Gordinier crew would like to thank ESPN Jeep® Ultimate Tailgate Experience guests and all the people involved in making the ESPN Jeep® Ultimate Tailgate a successful tour. We look forward to working with each of you in the future!

This past weekend’s stop was University of Colorado. Although the Buffaloes did not fare well against the Oregon Ducks, the tailgate event beforehand was victorious as fans from both sides came together to enjoy the the ESPN Jeep® Ultimate Tailgate Experience.
Gordinier Group was visited by Chip, Colorado’s costumed mascot, on the Jeep course as well as the CU cheer leaders. While energizing the crowd, Chip took a ride in the Wrangler Rubicon. He wasn’t the only one who wanted a piece of the action. Check out the link below:
Next stop for this 10 city college tour is University of Oklahoma. Make sure you don’t miss Gordinier Group bringing the Jeep off-roading experience to the South Florida International Auto Show starting October 28th!
