Camp Jeep proved to be one of the most prominent attractions on the show floor, drawing steady crowds each day and generating strong demand from open to close. Peak periods saw wait times extend beyond an hour, yet the team maintained consistent throughput and a smooth, well-managed operation. Strong coordination between drivers and leadership ensured a seamless guest experience, even at high volume.
Guest feedback underscored the impact of the activation. Riders left impressed by the capability, comfort, and authenticity of the experience. Reactions consistently highlighted surprise at what the vehicles could do, with several guests noting a newfound confidence in Jeep’s performance and durability.
For several attendees, the ride translated directly into purchase consideration, with some expressing immediate intent to visit a dealership following their experience.
Overall, the activation delivered a high-energy, high-impact brand experience that resonated with guests and reinforced Jeep’s Trail Rated promise, closing out the year on a strong note and building momentum going into 2026.
Playing in the Dirt at Las Vegas Motor Speedway
Our team supported Nissan at Las Vegas Motor Speedway by designing and building a purpose-built off-road course for a media drive featuring the 2026 Frontier PRO 4X and PRO 4X Roush Edition. The goal of the activation was to give journalists a controlled environment where they could experience the capability of the vehicles while navigating true off-road obstacles.
We created a technical course layout that included extreme articulation wedges, deep moguls, reverse off-camber banked turns, and uneven terrain designed to highlight traction, approach and departure challenges. Our crew handled all site preparation, the course build, equipment management, and on-site safety.
Throughout the drive, our spotters were positioned at every key obstacle to provide guidance, hand signals, and clear communication. Their support helped each journalist understand the intended driving line while maintaining a safe and steady flow of vehicles through the course.
The result was a smooth and well-organized program that allowed Nissan’s media guests to focus on the driving experience while we managed the operational, safety, and terrain-based details behind the scenes.
We recently supported our partners at Nissan in hosting a media drive at Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Mears, Michigan. The event offered journalists an opportunity to drive the Nissan Armada Pro-4X and the Nissan Frontier Pro-4X in a dynamic off-road setting. Our team of professional drivers delivered clear, terrain-specific safety briefings and coached the fundamentals of proper sand-driving technique. Once on the dunes, we led a guided tour to familiarize the journalists with the terrain, highlight potential challenges, and demonstrate the best lines for safe and controlled driving.
After the initial orientation, media participants were encouraged to explore the dunes on their own while our team monitored conditions, managed staging zones, and maintained communication with support and recovery personnel. Throughout the day, we adjusted routes as needed to keep the flow smooth, safe, and efficient.
Feedback from attending outlets, including some great coverage from Autoblog, underscored how well-coordinated and supportive the experience felt. Our goal was to deliver a professional, confidence-building environment that allowed Nissan’s guests to focus on the drive while we handled the operational details behind the scenes.
Rivian’s Electric Joyride experience brought off-road excitement to downtown Chicago, and Gordinier Group took center stage in making it happen. Tasked with designing and constructing an authentic off-road environment in the middle of the city, the Gordinier team transformed Pioneer Court into a dramatic, full-scale driving course.
Built from roughly 2,400 cubic yards of recycled asphalt, the custom course featured five distinct obstacles that challenged both vehicle and driver. From steep climbs and banked turns to an 18-foot hill that towered over the plaza, every element was engineered to highlight Rivian’s capability and control.
Gordinier Group’s precision build delivered not just function, but spectacle—turning a busy urban setting into an electric adventure zone that captivated onlookers and participants alike. The seamless design, expert execution, and safety-focused operation allowed Rivian to showcase its vehicles’ power, traction, and innovation in a setting few could imagine.
The result was a high-impact activation that proved electric can be both capable and thrilling, and once again demonstrated Gordinier Group’s ability to build world-class off-road courses in any environment.
